Job Title - Associate

Location: Pune.

Shift: Primarily Evening Shift or Flexible.

Experience: 3 to 5 years

(Immediate Joining only)

Responsibilities (Specific duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following)
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and other accounting standards.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Maintain and reconcile bank feeds, generate reports, and set up recurring transaction

rules.
- Create contacts accurately, prevent duplicates, and attach relevant documentation such as

W9s to contact records.
- Enter bills, synchronize between ledger and bill-paying apps, reconcile clearing accounts,

analyze A/P reports, and coordinate with Seniors for issue resolution.
- Manage deposits from credit card processors like Stripe, input invoices, deposits, and

accompanying documentation into the ledger, and review A/R reports for discussion with

Seniors.
- Manage the month-end close process, including reconciliations, journal entries, and

financial reporting.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial

reporting.
- Mentor and train junior team members

**Requirements**:
We are seeking an Accountant with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field CA inter.
- Preferred 3 to 5 years of experience in GL accounting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ready to work in evening shift (5:30PM to 2:30AM IST) or any other shift that business

requires
- Willingness to work from office or home or in hybrid model as per the requirements
- Self starter, work with minimum guidance, ability and willingness to go extra mile to meet

business requirements

working with US GAAP. AP background not required.

Please note, the above role is for immediate joining only and suitable for GL or R2R accounting

background.
