**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Title-Inspection and Verification of properties.

2. Drafting/reviewing various documents like Memoranda of Agreements, Agreements for / of Sell, Sale Deed, Release Deed, Deeds of Conveyance under RERA / MOFA, Development Agreement along with Deed of Power of Attorney, Agreement for / of Lease, Deed of Assignment / Apartment, Leave & Licence Agreements, etc.

3. Helping Senior Associate for discussion, deliberation and negotiation with clients for finalising and closing the relevant Deeds and Documents.

**Applicant should have**:
1. Basic knowledge of various laws related to Real Estate, redevelopment / development schemes under SRA / Tenant Co-ownership Society / Special / Integrated Township, etc.

2. Capability to address and resolve issues with Revenue, Registration, and other departments

3. Confident personality, sharp commercial acumen

4. Excellent and effective communication skills in English and Marathi.

5. Proficient drafting skills in English and/or Marathi, with the ability to read Marathi.

6. Own vehicle and a valid driving license.

**2 to 3 years with reputed legal firm working in Real Estate laws or with a reputed Real Estate Developer in Pune.**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
