VA is looking for Senior Interior Architect Pune to take the lead on Interior drawings and understand design in conjunction with Project Architect for a set of projects within the Firm and ensure that the drawings are delivered as per schedule and in accordance with VA standards and project concept.

**CORE COMPETENCIES**
- Ability to prepare Feasibility report & area Statements
- Ability to develop concept at the schematic stage
- Ability to prepare design briefs of Architecture & Interiors at different stages

**Concept**
- Prepare feasibility report & Area Statements as per VA standards
- Prepare progressive area statements as per VA standards

**Presentation**
- Prepare presentation sequence & format
- Review support information prepared by the Architect for presentation as per VA standards
- Make progressive presentations at later stages

**Schematics**
- Develop concepts at the schematic stage
- Interact with consultants for services inputs & Design philosophy
- Interact with clients for signoffs on design -Arch/Interiors

**Design brief**
- Prepare the design brief of Architecture & Interiors at different stages to capture information for client signoffs

**Statutory drawings/drawings**
- Provide inputs for special sanctions
- Review all statutory drawings as per VA standard

**Tender preparation**
- Define specifications of materials for tender preparation

**Services Co-ordination**
- Review inputs/details from services/Structural consultants incorporated for all drawing
- Check consultant drawings with respect to arch / interiors

**Construction administration**
- Attend periodic site visits to resolve design issues
- Periodic project reviews to ensure that there is no deviation from the original scheme
- Prepare response to RFI's pertaining to Arch/interior design
- Review shops drawings with respect to Architecture/interiors within specified time
