**Role Overview**

We are hiring **Customer Support Executives** for the Health Campaign (Ramp) project. The role involves handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive experience while adhering to process guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for the Health Campaign process.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
- Ensure high-quality customer service with empathy and professionalism.
- Meet daily productivity and quality benchmarks.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members and report to supervisors as per requirements.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
- Prior healthcare/customer support experience preferred (for relevant experience pool).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
