**Job description for the Profile of Admin Executive or EA**
- **File Management**: Maintain and organize physical and digital files, ensuring easy access and confidentiality.
- **Administrative Support**: Perform various admin tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and managing correspondence.
- **Coordination**: Act as a liaison between team members and departments, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. Coordinating for reports
- **Documentation**: Assist in creating and formatting reports, presentations, and other documents.
- **Office Management**: Oversee inventory and procurement of office supplies, ensuring the office is well-equipped.
- **Event Planning**: Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail & Typing skill
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
