Job description
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and prioritize potential customers or leads within the assigned territory.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and buying behavior.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other sales techniques.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
Present product demonstrations, proposals, and sales presentations to prospective customers.
Highlight the features, advantages, and benefits of products or services to address customer needs and pain points.
Customize sales pitches based on the specific requirements and preferences of each customer.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Establish trust and credibility by providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
Act as a primary point of contact for customers and serve as their advocate within the company.
Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, including pricing, discounts, and payment terms, to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Overcome objections and address customer concerns to facilitate the closing of sales deals.
Secure signed contracts or purchase orders to finalize sales transactions.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales calls, and sales pipeline updates.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress against sales targets and objectives.
Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Communicate customer feedback, market insights, and competitive intelligence to relevant stakeholders to inform business decisions.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
