Sales Executive

A Sales Executive is responsible for driving company revenue by building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying business opportunities, and closing sales deals. They play a key role in promoting products or services, understanding customer needs, and achieving sales targets.(Experience in play wood industry added as advantages)
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales and Business Development**:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
- Present, promote, and sell products or services to existing and prospective customers.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Address customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- **Sales Strategy and Planning**:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve organizational goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify strategic opportunities.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and customer insights.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the company's products or services.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical information to clients.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
