**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Manage cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and designers.
- Ensure effective communication between stakeholders and team members.
- Monitor project progress and handle issues, risks, and roadblocks proactively.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance with company standards.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and performance KPIs.
- Coordinate deployment, support, and post-implementation reviews.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-7 years) in project management within the IT/software industry.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification (preferred but not mandatory).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,662.02 - ₹43,113.20 per month
