Objective :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of IT projects. The role requires strong coordination skills, the ability to manage cross-functional teams, and effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. The candidate will assist the manager in ensuring project deliverables, timelines, and quality standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate between developers, managers, and the sales team for timely updates, solutions, and delivery tracking.

Work closely with internal development and implementation teams on Documentation, Deliverables, Testing, and Go-Live activities.

Support the manager in project planning, client interactions, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Identify issues, track progress, and ensure corrective actions are taken under manager guidance.

Coordinate with clients for timely readiness of UAT and Production environments.

Provide assistance in preparing for meetings, collaborations, and daily scrum activities.

Follow up on tasks across multiple development teams and track completion.

Handle customer escalations and coordinate with stakeholders for timely resolution.

Manage scope changes, escalations, and communicate risks effectively to the manager.

Measure project performance using appropriate tools and report progress to management.

Maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors and manage project documentation.

Monitor progress, performance, and suggest improvements for team productivity.

Ensure effective two-way communication within the team.

Collaborate with product management and delivery teams on planning and problem-solving.

Tailor resource allocation and workflows based on project requirements for timely deliverables.

Promote AI adoption within the delivery team, ensuring AI augments productivity and integrates seamlessly with processes (e.g., claims automation, fraud detection).

Required Skills :

Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management tools/software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Extensive experience in handling IT projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
