- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage sales reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Optimize operational processes to improve productivity and service quality.
- Manage resources effectively to meet organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Proven experience in operations management and process optimization.
- Advanced Excel skills for daily reporting and reconciliation (compulsory for all profiles).
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of financial services.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
- Minimum of a Graduate or Postgraduate degree.

**Experience Requirements**:

- 2 Freshers.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in sales reconciliations.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
