**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Calendar and Schedule Management:

- Coordinate and manage the executives calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Prioritize and organize appointments to maximize the executives time.
- Communication Management:

- Travel Coordination:

- Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, itineraries, and transportation. Ensure that all travel plans are seamless and well-organized.
- Meeting Coordination and Preparation:

- Organize meetings, including preparing agendas, presentations, and materials. Take meeting minutes and track action items, ensuring timely follow-up and execution.
- Document Management:

- Maintain and organize important documents and files, both digital and paper. Ensure all sensitive materials are handled with confidentiality.
- Project Support:

- Assist with special projects as needed, providing administrative support, conducting research, and preparing reports or presentations.
- Office Management Support:

- Assist in managing office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the workplace.
- Relationship Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
- Expense Management:

- Assist with managing the expenses, including processing invoices and tracking costs for various projects or events.
- Event Planning and Coordination:

- Plan and organize events, conferences, and meetings, ensuring all details are taken care of, from venue booking to catering and materials.

**Qualifications**:

- Education:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience:

- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role, preferably within a corporate environment.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
