**Job description**

Retail counter sales jewellery

**Responsibilities**:
Greet and assist customers with friendly and approachable behaviour.

Provide product information, answer inquiries, and offer recommendations to enhance the customer shopping experience.

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about the features, benefits, and specifications of our products.

Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by explaining product details.

Visual Merchandising:
Ensure that the retail counter and surrounding areas are clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Maintain attractive product displays to enhance the overall store aesthetic.

Communication Skills:
Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.

Handle customer feedback and concerns professionally, seeking assistance when necessary.

Basic knowledge of Excel to maintain sales records and generate simple reports.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive working environment.

Assist in inventory management and restocking of merchandise.

Qualifications:
Pleasant and outgoing personality with a genuine passion for customer service.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Basic knowledge of Excel for maintaining sales records.

Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
