As a Client Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and have seamless event experiences.

**Responsibilities**:
Client Interaction:
Provide friendly and professional assistance, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Event Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and execute event logistics based on client specifications.
Assist in the planning and execution of events, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Documentation and Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, event details, and any changes to plans.
Prepare and distribute necessary documentation to clients and internal teams.
Problem Resolution:
Proactively identify and address issues to ensure smooth event operations.
Work collaboratively with team members to resolve challenges and provide solutions to clients.
Communication:
Keep clients informed about the status of their events and any relevant updates.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure a unified approach to client service.

**Education**:
BBA / BBM / B.Com

**Skills**:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of event planning concepts.

Technology:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
Team Player:
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month
