**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the client and internal teams.
- Coordinate and manage client projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project proposals, budgets, and timelines to clients.
- Communicate client feedback and project requirements to the creative and production teams.
- Monitor project progress, manage changes in scope, and resolve any issues that arise.
- Conduct regular status meetings with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and address any concerns.
- Provide strategic advice and recommendations to clients to enhance their marketing and advertising efforts.
- Prepare and present reports on project performance and client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a related role, preferably in an agency setting.
- Strong understanding of marketing, advertising, and creative processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
