- Shift timing - 9 am to 8 pm ( 9 hours window for agent )
- Call Type - Outbound Customer Foot fall generation
- Training Duration - 5 days
- Salary - 19 k
- Profile - Grad/UG, 6 months to 1 year Experience, Hindi & English **No VETI Assessment.**

Along with Salary there is Agent would have Target - 40 FF per month ( Base target ) & INR 20 on every FF thereafter.

Agent job will be to call Hot Leads for VLCC and pitch for Product and inform nearest Centre for VLCC near customer location and then keep a follow up after booking the appointment. So for Example if Customer A has called and he has been booked for a Centre A. Once the Customer reaches the Centre as FF Agent Target of 1 will be met.

So in a month Agent needs min 40 FF and anything after 40 he would get INR 20 per FF. so if FF generated is 40+60= Incentive will be 60*20= 1200
