This is a full-time on-site role at NDIEM, located in Delhi, India. As the Front Desk & Admin, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients and will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the institute. Your daily responsibilities will include handling inquiries, maintaining records, coordinating appointments, and supporting marketing initiatives
**Salary
- 2.5 to 3.5 LPA**
**Experience - 0 to 3 years**
**Qualifications**
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Proven experience as a Front Desk & Admin Officer or equivalent role
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Clerical skills, including data entry, typing, and filing.
- Experience with office equipment, such as printers, copiers, and scanners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with social media and digital marketing is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Diploma or degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Experience in Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Experience in the event management industry is a plus
- Handling the process of admission and dealing with parents for any queries while Ensuring parents' satisfaction.
- Understanding parent’s requirements and helping them
- Screening of all documents.
- Supervising teacher's attendance, leave, and salary status.
- Handling the process of admission entrance exams.
- Understanding parent’s requirements and helping them.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
