**About the Role**:
We are looking for a proactive and energetic **Marketing Assistant** who will represent **Goel Super Speciality Hospital** in the community and build meaningful connections across the healthcare and corporate ecosystem.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote hospital services and awareness in clinics, doctor networks, pharmacies, diagnostics centres, and healthcare hubs
- Build partnerships with insurance companies, Ayushman Bharat centres, corporates, and educational institutions
- Organise and attend outreach programs in villages, health camps, and Aarogya centres
- Distribute promotional materials and create visibility for hospital departments (cardiology, orthopaedics, diagnostics, IVF, emergency care, etc.)
- Assist in organising events, camps, and awareness campaigns on behalf of the hospital
- Maintain a database of contacts and prepare visit reports
- Follow up regularly with prospects and partners to drive patient referrals

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, field sales, or hospital outreach preferred
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel locally within Lucknow and nearby regions
- A basic understanding of healthcare systems and the Ayushman Bharat scheme is a plus
- Self-motivated and target-driven personality
