**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation and Management**:
Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling copy, graphics, and multimedia content.

Schedule and publish content using content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.
- **Social Media Management**:
Monitor and engage with audiences across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).

Support in the development and execution of social media campaigns to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.

Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports on campaign performance.
- **SEO and SEM Support**:
Assist in keyword research and optimization to improve organic search rankings.

Support the implementation of paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) under the guidance of senior team members.

Monitor and report on website traffic and search engine performance.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:
Compile and analyze digital marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- **Market Research**:
Assist in conducting market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.

Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to support marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Prior experience or internship in digital marketing is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
