**Role Overview**
We are looking for a proactive and confident Communication and Outreach Associate to join our Marketing Team. This role demands exceptional communication abilities and fluent English proficiency to manage relatonships with our NRI and Pan-India clientele, coordinate with influencers and creators, and contribute meaningfully to content ideation and execution.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer communication efficiently via calls, WhatsApp, social media, and website - primarily in English.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (NRI, Pan India, South Indian clients).
- Manage prompt responses to queries across all platforms.
- Assist in preparing content for digital media - including captions, carousel content, and trend updates.
- Draft meta titles and meta descriptions for website product listings.
- Regularly coordinate with influencers, content creators, and models to ensure timely delivery and posting of content.
- Support influencer outreach campaigns and collaborations.
- Contribute to market research, content ideation, and content execution strategies.
- Assist during product photography sessions and professional photoshoots.
**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, BBA, or BA in a marketing-related field.
- Prior work experience of 6 months to 1 year in a similar or relevant role. Preferred Skills & Attributes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Awareness of current social media trends and influencer marketing.
- Team player with a creative mindset.
