**Job Summary: Front Office Assistant (Administrative Support)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls for staff members.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Support HR and administrative functions, such as managing employee records, handling leave requests, and assisting with onboarding processes.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and other front office logistics.
- Ensure the reception area and office are clean, organized, and well-maintained.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a front office, administrative, or customer service role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a welcoming and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

**Education and Experience**:

- Any Degree/Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Previous experience in a front office or administrative role is preferred.
