Job Description: Digital Marketing Executive (Real Estate Industry)

Position Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Department: Marketing

Reports to: Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Andheri West

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage online marketing campaigns to promote real estate properties, projects, and services across multiple digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- SEO & SEM: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to ensure maximum visibility and lead generation.
- Social Media Management: Oversee and grow the company’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), including content scheduling, engagement, and community management.
- Lead Generation: Implement and track lead generation campaigns, from online ads to landing pages, and manage follow-up processes to ensure conversion.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM software to track KPIs and suggest improvements.
- Brand Awareness: Strengthen the company’s digital presence through targeted ads, content partnerships, and collaborations with influencers and real estate platforms.
- Market Research: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in the real estate industry to ensure the company remains competitive.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
