**Site Visit**
- Visit to major sites for safety audits
- Before Start of project
- During Execution
- As per visit calendar
- Conduct pre-operational risk assessments on new sites to ensure the workplace meets the various safety requirements
- Prepare site visit report with observations, corrective and preventive safety measures, and work on closure of the same
- Attend customer audits, submit documentation

**Safety Material Management**
- Plan for requirement of safety material as per projects (current and future)/ regular usage
- Source and develop good vendors on parameters of cost-effectiveness, quality as per industrial standards and delivery
- Timely provision of PPE and safety equipment for on-site crew.
- Review the PPE stock periodically for availability and quality through PPE audit
- Maintain record of PPE procurement and allotment
- Periodically review the maintenance and performance of safety equipment like fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, fire panel, alarms, etc.

**Training**
- Conduct safety induction training for new joinees
- Conduct Toolbox Talks/ safety trainings for manpower deployed at site, and maintain record of the same
- Conduct trainings/workshops for HSE awareness

**Documentation Control**
- Maintain and update documents of induction training, safety training, incident report, training certification, PPE records, etc. as per OHSMS process.
- Prepare HSE procedures and review them periodically.

**QMS/Legal**
- Maintain files and records as per ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001-2018 standards for effective storage and retrievability
- Face process audits
- Conduct internal audits as per plan to verify the requirements of ISO certifications, and prepare the documentation
- Carry out HSE activities as per legal requirements
- testing/ certifications/ health check-up/ etc.

**HSE Awareness**
- Communication for HSE awareness
- mailers/ bulleting content/ website content/ displays
- Conduct events for safety awareness
- safety week, etc.
- Reward & Recognition related to HSE

**JOB SPECIFICATION**(educational qualification/experience/skills/etc.)
- Graduate/BE Mech with HSE qualification (NEBOSH) with 5-8 years of experience
- Experience of working on sites
- Skills required:

- Computer savvy
- Lives in/around Navi Mumbai
