JOB TITLE : HSE OFFICERDEPARTMENT

Project REPORTS TO Project Manager SUPERVISES

Minimum Required Educational Background Diploma in Safety & Fire Engineering/ NEBOSH

Minimum Required Good Communication Skills, Teamwork, Computer Knowledge, Bilingual Language Skills And Trainings Capabilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Create, Implement and enforce safety policies that reduces risk of accidents

Providing Safety Orientation Trainings for employees.

Assist in Project submissions related to HSE documentations like Pre-Qualifications, Risk Assessments,Job Safety Analysis, and Job Hazard Analysis.

Assist in compliance reviews, general risk assessments and other safety assessments to support ProjectDepartment.

Maintain related HSE documents and training certifications.

Preparing applicable HSE reports for monthly submissions to Main contractors as necessary.

Promoting incident/ accident prevention for the benefit of Employer and for Employees.

Preparing Site Specific HSE Plans, specific Emergency Response Procedure for submissions.

Prepare HIRA, JHA, as per the project scope and male training plan.

Assist in the development and presentation of HSE training and Fire Mock drills. Conduct Mock drill.

Evaluating job specific Personal Protective Equipment and providing for the workforce, encouragingsafe working practices, corrects obvious hazards immediately.

Determining ways of reducing risks while commencing critical tasks in coordination with the SiteManager & Engineer.

Promote safety awareness and conduct HSE meeting.

Conduct HSE Audit and report to manager, Reporting Site incidents, Near miss, Observations

Writing internal Health and Safety policies/strategies.

Performing daily inspections at deputed site, preparing Work permits and attending HSE meetings byMain Contractor/ Client.

Performing additional duties as assigned by the direct Manager.

Assisting in Project oriented Audits by Main Contractor/ Client and compliance reviews.

Liaising with Consultant/ Main Contractor’s HSE officials for site mobilization and of day-to-day work.

To comply with the Quality and HSE standards and to report on the matter concerned in case of anynon-compliance of the above standards noticed.

The Employee is required to perform other duties always associated with the position.

Pay: ₹11,824.55 - ₹59,887.18 per month
