HSE officer mainly oversees, analyses, reports, documents and improves the health and safety condition of the workplace.
**Responsibilities**:
▪ Monitor health & safety at workplace as per company policies and local rules & regulations
▪ Create / document / report toolbox meeting, workspace inspection & first aid log
▪ Create / document / report instructions & risk assessment
▪ Create / document / report files related to ISO 9001
▪ Create / document / report files related to ISO 14001
▪ Create / document / report files related to ISO 45001
▪ Coordinate with IIG HQ HSE Dept.
▪ Support other IIG branches
▪ Coordinate with external organizations, such as government bodies etc.
▪ Train / discuss above topics to the employees for the effective implementation
**Required Skills**:
▪ Experience HSE field to be able to take up the above responsibilities
▪ Good knowledge about safety regulations and practices
▪ Good communication & public speaking skills
▪ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
▪ Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
▪ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
▪ Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
▪ Proficient in MS tools
▪ Self-reliant and adaptable
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
