**Position Summary**

The HSE Officer will be responsible for monitoring Health and Safety, assess risk, and design strategies to reduce potential hazards within an assigned workplace or geographic area.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1.** **Office Safety (Admin)**

a. Security management

b. Covid safety management

c. Safety trainings/ drills

d. Safety material procurement (first aid/fire extinguisher/sanitisers/ etc.)

e. Physical work monitoring in office

f. Incident reporting & management

2. **Site Safety**

a. Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment for all CBMS sites

c. PPE planning, procurement and management

d. Incident reporting & management

e. Customer visit for audits/grievance resolution/trainings

3. **Technical Trainings**

a. Make training presentations

b. Trainer for internal technical trainings

c. Trainer for customer trainings

d. Induction trainings

4. **QMS**

a. Maintenance of documents as per ISO standards for effective storage and retrieveability

b. As internal auditor, conduct internal audits/meetings as per standard requirements

**Qualification** : BE Mechanical / Industrial / Production

**Experience**: 3 to 5 years of experience

**Key skills**: QMS- handling audits,

Managing documentation

Communication skills
- verbal & written, Creative acumen, Skilled in report writing

Experience in Training
- documentation, training delivery, PPT making

**CTC**: 4 Lacs to 6.5 Lacs

**Other Information**

9 hours Shift (9:30 am to 6:00 pm)

Weekly Off on Sunday
