**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies**: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve company objectives, including brand positioning, market penetration, and customer acquisition.
- **Content Creation**: Develop compelling and creative content that aligns with the brand's voice and strategy.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand competitor activities, and gather insights into customer needs and preferences.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across different channels, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
- **Event Coordination**: Organize and manage marketing events, such as trade shows, conferences, and product launches, to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- **Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams**: Work closely with sales, product development, and design teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and alignment with overall business goals.
- **Brand Management**: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels.
- **Vendor Management**: Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for various marketing projects and services.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in marketing with a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns. Graphic design experience is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,375.77 per month
