Brand Manual: - Design and deliver Brand Manual for consistent messaging. - Exercise complete control over branding, ensuring consistency across all mediums. - Implement strategies for enhanced brand recognition and market presence.

CSR Activities and Branding: - Lead CSR activities, integrating effective branding efforts. - Strategize gifting initiatives for client relationship enhancement.

Corporate Campaign: - Drive brand awareness by Strategically plan and execute festival/event-based branding initiatives (offline &online both -time to time). Oversee digital marketing campaigns as well.

Project Launch/Events and Lead Generation: - Lead planning and execution of project launches and events. - Strategize lead generation initiatives. - Ensure consistency in messaging across presentations and brochures.

Corporate presentations -as and when required by group.

Compliances: - Manage compliances for Group websites and public marketing documents. - Ensure trademark and copyright compliance.

2. Ongoing Project Marketing:
Formulate marketing strategies and plans for each ongoing project.

Develop and manage marketing budgets for ongoing projects.

Influence consumer behaviour for each project to optimize sales via offline and online media.

Ensure consistency in project signage and messaging.

Plan strategic placement of signage and branding.

Execute PR and engagement activities.

Regularly update and improve leasing and sales marketing materials, both online and offline presentations, while ensuring alignment with the latest industry trends and company offerings

3. Delivered Project Marketing:
Provide monthly review reports on branding standards at delivered projects.

Implement corrective measures for corporate branding hygiene.

Control marketing budgets for delivered units.

Execute PR and engagement activities for sustained consumer interest.

Regularly update and improve leasing and sales marketing materials, both online and offline presentations, while ensuring alignment with the latest industry trends and company offerings

5.Public Relations and Media Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets. Direct the creation of impactful press releases and oversee public relations activities.

7.Formulate and manage the marketing budget: ensuring resource allocation aligns with strategic priorities. Regularly review and optimize expenses, demonstrating a clear return on investment (ROI) for marketing initiatives.

8. Additional Responsibilities:
1.

HR-Related & other departments Branding: Implement branding initiatives for HR-related events. Enhance employee engagement through thoughtful branding for HR-related events including birthdays, the star of the month, and festivals etc. Support Departments as on their requirements basis.

Lead the creation and distribution of Biannually Newsletter: Lead the creation and distribution of newsletters containing relevant and engaging content. Monitor newsletter effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.

3.

Provide monthly construction updates: Develop and implement a systematic process for providing monthly construction updates to clients and employees. Ensure timely and accurate communication of construction progress.

4.

Develop and execute branding strategies for channel partners within line of Sales Head:
Oversee end-to-end events management, ensuring seamless execution of all marketing-related events. Evaluate the success of events based on predetermined objectives.

Channel Partner Branding: Develop and execute branding strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of channel partners. Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and conversion.

Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads. Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize lead nurturing processes and improve conversion rates.

Leadership and Team Management: Effectively lead and manage the marketing team.

Monthly MIS Report: Provide a comprehensive Monthly (MIS) report.

7.

Additional Specific Tasks Assigned by Management / BODs: Execute specific tasks assigned by the Management.

Pay: ₹166,666.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
