The Head of Public Relations at Ethos will spearhead the company’s PR strategies, managing the promotion and protection of the brand image across various media platforms. This role involves orchestrating product launches, press releases, and high-profile interviews, alongside forging significant collaborations and partnerships to enhance Ethos’s market presence and brand value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers to ensure maximum coverage and positive representation of Ethos and its array of luxury watch brands.
- Strategic Communication: Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy that aligns with Ethos’s business goals, enhancing brand visibility and reputation.
- Content Oversight: Oversee the distribution of compelling press releases, speeches, and interview from our partners responses that accurately convey Ethos’s and the brands values and messages.
- Event Management: Plan and manage media events, product launches, and PR campaigns to promote brand offerings and initiatives.
- Collaboration and Partnerships: Identify and secure strategic partnerships and collaborations that elevate Ethos’s brand experience for key stakeholders and customers.
- Crisis Management: Prepare and implement crisis communication plans to protect the brand’s reputation in challenging situations.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the PR team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in public relations, luxury industry, media or a similar role, with a proven track record in the luxury goods, fashion, or retail sectors.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong network of media and industry contacts.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful PR strategies and campaigns.
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
