Experience:

- FMCG Sales (Food and Beverage preferred): 2 years (required)**Job description**

1. Managing a team of onboarding of retailers on the 25Taka platform. This includes new outlet identification, addition, verification and training the retailers to ensure they are fully familiar with the system.

2. Should have Prior Experience in Managing a large Sales team Sales Executives and SO)

3. Should have strong geographical knowledge of Vizianagaram ,Shrikakulam & East Godavari.

4. Drive sales numbers from onboarded retailers every month.

5. Conduct market visits and drive retailer engagement.

6. Maintain relationships, resolve queries, understand their needs and ensure the onboarded retailers remain continuously active on the platform.

7. Manage and drive a team of on-ground sales people to drive outlet addition, sales and engagement.

8. Recruit, train, guide and evaluate new members.

9. Merchandize new brands and schemes that will be introduced on the platform periodically.

10. Maintain relationships with brand teams to ensure continuous growth and support for them on the platform.

11. Manage escalations and deep dive in to root cause to fix processes.

12. Liaising with stakeholders from central teams like operations, finance, technology to ensure smooth operations and customer experience.
