**Urgent vacancy for Dispatch Officer.**

Communicating with other officers who are on scene to provide updates on the situation and requesting additional resources as needed.

Identifying the need for additional resources and communicating with dispatch supervisors about any changes in the status of an incident

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Answer all incoming calls promptly, using proper telephone etiquette
- Determine the nature of each call and direct it to the appropriate individual or department
- Keep track of, and report on, all phone calls received
- Monitor radio traffic and record important messages
- Dispatch emergency personnel and equipment as required
- Notify appropriate personnel of impending emergencies
- Maintain contact with field units to ensure their safety and to provide them with information and assistance
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports
- Perform administrative tasks as required
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Assist other departments as needed
- Remain calm and professional at all times, even in high-pressure situations

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
