Position: Executive - Accounts Receivables & Credit Collections

Location: Hyderabad

Requirement
- Commerce Graduate
- 3+ years’ experience in Accounts Receivable and hands on experience in Govt Collection is a must
- Good network in Govt departments to handle A/R
- Well versed in performing reconciliations
- Good fluency in English, Telugu & Hindi

**Job role**:
1. Preparation of Covering letter as per govt requirement for Invoice submission

2. Non-Govt bill sent from Hyd to VJW/VSP offices needs to be dispatched to agencies/clients

3. Visiting agencies/clients and govt offices at regular intervals for follow up of O/s

4. Sending reminders to agencies/clients/government clients.

5 Following up of TDS Certificates

6. Seeking Confirmation of balance

7. Collection of payment advice's from Government clients for Unmatched credits and new payments

8. Close coordination with Business Canvassers for Collection

9. To work on sending APT dispatch to Hyd daily basis and keep record of the same

**Salary**: ₹420,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
