Job Title: Warehouse Officer

Location: Bhongir, Hyderabad

Experience Required: 10+ Years

Industry Preference: FMCG, Cement, Packaging, Container, or any large-scale manufacturing

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Warehouse Officer with extensive experience in high-volume manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations efficiently, ensuring timely inward and dispatch processes, and maintaining inventory accuracy using SAP and industry-standard practices like LIFO/FIFO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including inward material receipt, storage, and dispatch
  • Implement and monitor LIFO/FIFO inventory methods for optimal stock rotation
  • Coordinate high-volume truck movements for inbound and outbound logistics
  • Ensure accurate documentation and system updates using SAP
  • Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards across warehouse activities
  • Liaise with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
  • Optimize space utilization and warehouse layout for operational efficiency
  • Supervise warehouse staff and ensure adherence to SOPs
