Mumbai, India Cuddles Foundation Full time

You will be responsible for the distribution of nutritional supplements, in meal supplements, hot meals and ration in your hospital.
- You will be responsible for distribution of any items/products related to the beneficiaries or organisation.
- You will organise regular hygiene workshops / meaningful activities during OPD hours for waiting children and caregivers. You will also track the workshops / activities done through register / photos and share the photos with your manager.
- You will be responsible for registering new patients on the FoodHeals app and take consent from parents / caregivers / legal guardians and ensuring that all relevant information is documented accurately.
- You will be responsible for helping organise Parents Support Group Meeting and other events like Children's day, Dussehra, Diwali, Christmas, National Nutrition week, Doctors Day etc. celebrations in the Hospitals.
- You will speak to caregivers regularly about follow ups and feedback on the Cuddles program and maintain a register for the same.
- You will be responsible for pick-up and delivery of goods to be given to patients and families.
- You will maintain stock records.
- You will be responsible for managing files in the OPD and maintaining records, as necessary.
- You will identify sources for procurement of products, whenever required.
- You will coordinate and communicate with the Nutritionist/s about meal distribution, ration distribution and guide children to meet the Nutritionist.
- You will record research-related data, required by the research team via google forms. (Collect demographic data)
- You will communicate patient needs and requests to the nutritionist and other team members as required.
- You will work collaboratively with the nutritionist, doctors, and other team members to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. You will suggest solutions, where possible.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
