Technical Architect - Salesforce CRM
**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, aligning with business goals and technical requirements.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on Salesforce best practices, architecture, and coding standards.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and product owners to gather technical and functional requirements.
Define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Ensure scalability, performance, and security of Salesforce implementations.
Provide expertise in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce platform components.
Drive technical innovation and ensure the use of best practices for system architecture and design.
Conduct technical assessments and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Troubleshoot complex issues and provide guidance on problem-solving methodologies.
Maintain and evolve the enterprise Salesforce architecture to support future growth and business changes.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a
Salesforce Technical Architect
with hands-on experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM, including Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and other platform tools.
Experience with Salesforce integrations, API management, and data migration.
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including security, scalability, and performance.
Salesforce Architect Certifications (Application Architect, System Architect) are a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD for Salesforce is an advantage.
**Preferred Skills**:
Experience in working with large-scale, enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Expertise in industries such as finance, healthcare, or retail is a plus.
