Fueling the transformation to a seamless ecosystem ofconnected tools, Hexnode is revolutionizing the enterprise software and cybersecuritylandscape.Role OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned and strategic Salesforce Lead/Architect to spearhead thedesign, development, and governance of our internal Salesforce Sales Cloud platform. As aproduct-based company, your primary focus will be on leveraging the Salesforce platform tooptimize our internal sales processes, drive efficiency, and scale our Go-to-Market (GTM)capabilities. This role requires a blend of deep technical architecture expertise, hands-onleadership, and strong business acumen to translate complex internal needs into scalable,best-practice solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & Design Leadership• Lead the end-to-end technical and solution architecture for our internal Salesforceplatform, with a strong emphasis on Sales Cloud.• Define the Salesforce roadmap aligned with the product company's strategic goals,growth plans, and internal stakeholder requirements.• Design scalable, high-performance, and secure solutions utilizing standardSalesforce features, custom development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce), and externalintegrations.• Oversee data modeling, data migration, and data governance strategies to ensureinternal data integrity and quality.Technical Execution & Governance• Establish and enforce Salesforce best practices, coding standards, governancemodels, and release management/DevOps processes (e.g., CI/CD, change sets,Copado/Gearset).• Act as the technical escalation point for complex design and developmentchallenges faced by the internal administration and development team.• Manage and architect integrations between Salesforce Sales Cloud and other criticalenterprise systems (e.g., ERP, Marketing Automation, custom proprietary systems).• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure solutions are maintainable, performant,and adhere to architectural standards.Team & Stakeholder Management• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Sales leadership, Operations, IT) togather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and manage expectations.• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to business leaders, explaining complextechnical trade-offs and recommending optimal Salesforce solutions.• Mentor and provide technical guidance to a team of Salesforce developers,administrators, and business analysts, fostering a culture of excellence andcontinuous learning.Required Skills and Experience• 8+ years of progressive experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 3+years in an Architect or Lead capacity.• Deep, proven expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality, configuration, andcustom development.• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC),Visualforce, and Flows/Process Automation.• Expertise in Salesforce integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events) andexperience with middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) is a strong advantage.• Thorough understanding of the Salesforce security model, sharing, and visibilitymechanisms.• Experience with Agile methodologies and managing the full Salesforce developmentlifecycle.• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills with the ability toinfluence technical and non-technical stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications/Certifications• Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or Salesforce Certified SystemArchitect (or demonstrable progress toward the Technical Architect certification).• Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.• Experience working for a Product-Based Company and managing an internalSalesforce instance.• Familiarity with other Salesforce Clouds (Service, CPQ, Experience Cloud) is a plus.
