  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead the development of technical specifications and documentation for software applications.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and optimize application performance, ensuring high availability and responsiveness.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices, integrating them into existing systems as appropriate.

  • Ensure compliance with security and data protection regulations in all software development activities.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud Sales Engagement.
  • Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration techniques.
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Knowledge of data modeling and database design principles.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
  • Experience in developing mobile applications on Salesforce platforms.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Developer, Salesforce Certified Architect) are a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10 15 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Salesforce technologies.
  • Proven experience in leading software development projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a passion for technology and innovation
