**Job Description - Junior Architect**

**Role**:Junior Architect

**Languages**: English,Kannada,Hindi

**Location**: Bangalore

**Salary** : 30k - 45k

**Experience : 1 - 4 years**

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic **Junior Architect** to join our team. As a fresher in the field, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced architects and designers, gaining valuable hands-on experience and contributing to exciting projects from concept to completion.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Assist senior architects in conceptualizing and developing design proposals for various projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional buildings.**:

- **Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and renderings using CAD software and other design tools.**:

- **Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility.**:

- **Collaborate with project teams to generate innovative design solutions that meet client requirements and project objectives.**:

- **Research building codes, regulations, and materials to ensure compliance and best practices.**:

- **Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively.**:

- **Support the project management process by assisting in documentation, scheduling, and coordination tasks.**:

- **Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable design practices to contribute fresh ideas and insights to the team.**

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.**:

- **Proficiency in CAD software (such as AutoCAD), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and 3D modeling tools (such as SketchUp or Revit).**:

- **Strong visual and graphic communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey design ideas through drawings, diagrams, and presentations.**:

- **Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.**:

- **Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior staff.**:

- **Eagerness to learn and a passion for architecture, design, and the built environment.**:

- **Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.**

A positive attitude, creativity, and a willingness to contribute to a dynamic and innovative design studio environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
