**Job Description - Junior Architect**

**Role**:Junior Architect

**Languages**: English, Kannada, Hindi

**Location**: Bangalore

**Salary** : 15k - 30k

**Experience**: 0-2

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic **Junior Architect** to join our team. As a fresher in the field, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced architects and designers, gaining valuable hands-on experience and contributing to exciting projects from concept to completion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior architects in conceptualizing and developing design proposals for various projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional buildings.
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and renderings using CAD software and other design tools.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility.
- Collaborate with project teams to generate innovative design solutions that meet client requirements and project objectives.
- Research building codes, regulations, and materials to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Support the project management process by assisting in documentation, scheduling, and coordination tasks.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable design practices to contribute fresh ideas and insights to the team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency in CAD software (such as AutoCAD), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and 3D modeling tools (such as SketchUp or Revit).
- Strong visual and graphic communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey design ideas through drawings, diagrams, and presentations.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior staff.
- Eagerness to learn and a passion for architecture, design, and the built environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

A positive attitude, creativity, and a willingness to contribute to a dynamic and innovative design studio environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
