- **
- **Design Development**: Assist in the development and refinement of architectural designs for residential projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and regulatory standards.
- **Project Coordination**: Collaborate with senior architects and project managers to coordinate project activities and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- **Construction Documentation**: Prepare detailed construction documents and drawings under the guidance of senior architects.
- **Site Visits**: Participate in site visits to monitor project progress and compliance with design specifications.
- **Client Interaction**: Engage with clients to gather requirements and feedback, translating their vision into practical design solutions.
- **Software Proficiency**: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Staad Pro

**Key Requirements**
- **Experience**: 1-4 years of experience in architecture, specifically within the residential real estate sector.
- **Education**: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or a relevant degree in Architectural Studies.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with residential projects
- Strong communication and presentation skills

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
