**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

**1. **Education**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

**2. **Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects of varying scales and complexities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Design Development**:

- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop innovative and aesthetically pleasing architectural designs that meet client needs and adhere to building codes and regulations.

**2. Technical Proficiency**:

- Create detailed architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, 3DX Max, Lumion, V-Ray, MS Package, Sketch Up & Enscape).
- Ensure designs comply with local, state, and national building codes and regulations.

**3. Project Management**:

- Oversee and manage architectural projects from concept to completion.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project delivery.

**4. Client Interaction**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the design and construction process.
- Present and explain design proposals to clients and stakeholders.

**5. Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Review and approve materials, finishes, and other components to maintain design integrity.

**6. Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including other architects, designers, and project managers.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and interns.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
