**Job Title: Cargo Tele Sales Executive - Back Office (Onsite)**

**Location**: Ernakulam, Kerala, India

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell our cargo logistics services.

2. Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning techniques and gather relevant information for the sales team.

3. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including calls made, leads generated, and appointments scheduled, using CRM software.

4. Provide administrative support to the cargo sales team, including data entry, preparing sales materials, and managing correspondence.

5. Assist in scheduling appointments and follow-up calls for the cargo sales team to maximize sales opportunities.

6. Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate campaigns and promotions aimed at generating cargo sales leads.

7. Conduct market research to identify potential new markets and business opportunities in the cargo logistics sector.

8. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities to provide insights to the cargo sales team.

9. Prepare cargo sales reports and presentations as required by management to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

10. Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and process improvements related to cargo sales.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven work experience as a Tele Sales Executive, Telemarketer, or similar role, preferably in the cargo logistics or related industry.

2. Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and persuasive telephone manner.

3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.

4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

5. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

7. Fluency in English and Malayalam; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.

8. Must be able to work onsite in Ernakulam.

**Working Conditions**:

- This position will be based onsite in Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
- Flexible working hours may be required to accommodate clients in different time zones.
- Performance-based incentives and bonuses may be offered based on achieving cargo sales targets.
