**For Experience - Upto 35k**

**Requirement**:
We are looking for a collection officer to assist with the collection of outstanding debts. The collections officer will contact clients and inform them of their debts, negotiate payment plans, and ensure payments are made as soon as possible.

To ensure success as a collection officer, you should have excellent communication, negotiation, and mathematical skills, as well as attention to detail. A skilled Collection Officer should be able to reduce company losses by encouraging customers to pay their overdue amount.

**Collection Officer Responsibilities**:

- Reviewing the company debtor list.
- Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
- Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.
- Negotiating suitable payment plans.
- Maintaining customer Loan records.
- Responding to customer queries.

Collection Officer Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience working as a Collection Officer.
- Fresher also considered
- Excellent negotiating skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Patience and resilience.

Location: Saket Metro

IMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFFRED

**Salary**: ₹18,815.64 - ₹30,771.31 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Saket, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
