**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Assistance**: Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them in selecting the right ethnic wear products.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the ethnic wear collection, including sarees, lehengas, kurtis, and salwar suits.
- **Sales & Upselling**: Achieve sales targets by recommending additional products and accessories.
- **Merchandising**: Ensure the store displays are visually appealing and stocked with the latest collection.
- **Inventory Management**: Keep track of stock levels and report any shortages or reordering needs.
- **Payment Handling**: Process payments accurately and maintain proper records.
- **Customer Feedback**: Collect and relay customer feedback to improve products and services.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Previous sales experience in ethnic wear or apparel is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
- Knowledge of current trends in ladies' ethnic wear.
- Basic computer skills for billing and inventory systems.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹33,845.82 per month
