We are a growing fashion brand specializing in Western wear for women. We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented tailor to join our team on a work-from-home basis. If you have a passion for creating fashionable and high-quality garments, this role is perfect for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Stitch and alter Western-style clothing for women based on provided designs and measurements.
- Ensure high-quality finishing and attention to detail in every piece.
- Collaborate with the design team to understand specific garment requirements.
- Meet production deadlines while maintaining consistent quality.
- Communicate regularly with the team to discuss progress, challenges, and updates.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tailoring, with expertise in stitching Western wear for women.
- Ability to follow design specifications and work with various fabrics like cotton, denim, satin, etc.
- Knowledge of pattern making, cutting, and garment construction.
- Access to necessary sewing equipment (sewing machine, measuring tools, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently from home while meeting production deadlines.
- Flexible and adaptable to work on different designs and styles as needed.
