**Job Title: Ladies Tailor**

**Salary: From ₹10,000.00 to 15,000 per month**

**Responsibilities**:

- Design Execution: Bringing creative design concepts to life by creating fashion-forward garments for women, including Indo-Western fusion outfits, contemporary dresses, tops, skirts, trousers, and outerwear. Translating design sketches and concepts into wearable garments with precision and attention to detail.
- Garment Construction: Handling all aspects of garment construction, from pattern making and cutting to sewing and finishing. Demonstrating expertise in tailoring techniques, fabric manipulation, and embellishment methods to achieve desired design effects and silhouettes.
- Customization: Collaborating with designers and clients to customize garments according to individual preferences, measurements, and style requirements. Offering expert advice on fabric selection, color combinations, embellishments, and design details to enhance the overall aesthetic and fit.
- Trend Awareness: Staying abreast of current fashion trends, emerging styles, and cultural influences to inspire new design ideas and concepts. Incorporating innovative techniques, materials, and details to create unique and visually impactful garments that resonate with our target audience.
- Quality Control: Conducting rigorous quality control inspections at each stage of garment production to ensure that finished garments meet our brand's standards of excellence in terms of fit, construction, and overall presentation. Addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Working closely with designers, pattern makers, sample makers, and other team members to execute design concepts and bring collections to life. Contributing creative ideas, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Workflow Management: Managing your workload efficiently to meet production deadlines and deliver completed garments according to schedule. Prioritizing tasks, coordinating with colleagues, and adapting to changing priorities as needed to ensure timely project completion.
- Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service by building positive relationships with clients, understanding their individual preferences, and delivering personalized tailoring solutions that exceed their expectations. Ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients throughout the garment customization process.
