**About Us**

At **A La Mode**, we are a fast-growing fashion brand specializing in contemporary women’s wear, catering to customers across India. We’re seeking a **Production Merchandiser** who is passionate, organized, and detail-oriented to manage our end-to-end merchandising operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee all aspects of merchandising in coordination with senior management.
- Manage merchandising for in-house private labels, including purchase orders, barcoding, and product uploads to internal systems.
- Coordinate delivery timelines, process store returns, and monitor garment alterations received from retail outlets.
- Handle stock distribution, replenishment, and inventory management across stores.
- Identify and resolve production and supply chain issues efficiently.
- Track and analyze sales performance of products and store teams.
- Prepare and present weekly stock and sales performance reports to senior leadership.
- Conduct regular store visits to review visual merchandising, gather feedback, and assess customer service.
- Train store staff on new collections and designs.
- Plan and execute bi-monthly team engagement activities at stores.
- Collect and verify inventory reports from store locations.
- Manage order processing and inventory for the e-commerce store.
- Respond to online customer inquiries and social media messages.
- Coordinate product availability for marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Follow up regularly with store managers for updates and reporting.
- Prepare weekly visual merchandising decks using in-store images.
- Liaise with window display vendors on a monthly basis.
- Maintain adequate stock of brand packaging, display materials, and stationery.
- Ensure timely and accurate weekly store stock replenishments.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- 2-4 years of experience in merchandising (women’s wear preferred)
- Strong knowledge of the Indian retail fashion market
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and reporting abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint essential)
- Ability to manage both in-store and digital merchandising operations
