**About the Role**:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic **Travel & Tourism Trainer** who will conduct training sessions (for 1-2 days) for our team. The objective is to educate and upskill our employees on key aspects of the travel and tourism sector, customer handling, destination knowledge, tour package structuring, and industry best practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and practical training sessions on travel & tourism industry fundamentals.
- Train employees on how to build and sell tour packages.
- Educate staff on customer interaction techniques, itinerary planning, and visa/documentation basics.
- Share real-life case studies or practical tips to enhance service quality.
- Provide a quick evaluation or Q&A session to assess learning.
- Submit a brief training report after completion of the session(s).

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality Management.
- 5+ years of industry experience in travel agencies, tour operations, or hospitality.
- Prior experience in training or mentoring preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Practical knowledge of destinations (domestic & international), ticketing basics, and itinerary design.

**Duration & Timing**:

- 1 or 2 Days (Flexible dates; sessions to be conducted at the office premises)
- Each session to last approx. 4 to 6 hours

**Salary Structure**:

- **Honorarium per day**: ₹2,000 - ₹3,000 (based on experience and session quality)
