**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote travel packages, visa services, and forex solutions.
- Handle inbound queries related to travel bookings, international tours, and currency exchange.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns or online platforms.
- Provide detailed information about destinations, packages, pricing, and travel itineraries.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM tools regularly.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the operations and sales teams for smooth execution of bookings.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of travel industry, destinations, and/or forex is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
