**Job Title**: Telecaller

**Location**: Kalikapur, Barasat, Kolkata, West Bengal
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make **outbound calls** to agents for building strong business relationships.
- Attend **inbound calls** from agents and provide prompt support.
- Handle queries related to **air tickets, train bookings, visas, and tour packages**.
- Share updates about offers, promotions, and new services with agents.
- Maintain regular communication to ensure strong business engagement.
- Record call details, feedback, and follow-ups in the system.
- Coordinate with the operations and sales team to resolve agent queries quickly.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in the **travel & tourism industry** preferred.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to manage inbound & outbound calls confidently.
- Knowledge of air, train, visa, and tour package services will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Barasat, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
