We are seeking a proactive and confident **Customer Care Executive**to handle inbound and outbound calls with our network of **travel agents**, ensuring smooth coordination, sales support, and strong relationship management.

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle **inbound and outbound calls** with **travel agents** for business inquiries, bookings, and service updates.
- Promote and explain the company’s **tour packages, flight, train, visa, bus, and medical tourism services** to agents.
- Build and maintain **long-term relationships** with travel partners and ensure regular communication.
- Coordinate with internal departments (ticketing, visa, operations) for smooth service delivery.
- Follow up with agents for bookings, payments, and queries.
- Maintain **daily call logs and CRM records** of agent communication.
- Share promotional offers, new packages, and company updates with agents.
- Achieve **sales and call targets** through effective communication and relationship management.
- Provide feedback and market insights from agents to help improve company services.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Graduate / Higher Secondary** (any stream).
- **0-1 years of experience** in B2B telecalling, sales coordination, or agent relationship management (preferably in the travel industry).
- Excellent communication skills in **English, Hindi, and Bengali**.
- Good knowledge of **travel services** - flights, trains, tours, visas, and buses.
- Confident in handling B2B clients and maintaining professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a customer-focused approach.
